Inn Policies

Cancellation dependent on season: Holidays, special event weekends and weddings, 3 months. High season: 2 weeks, low, 3 days. If you notify us prior to this timeframe, we will refund your deposit less a $15 processing fee. If you must cancel inside the allotted guideline, no refunds can be expected, although we will make every effort to re-book, in which case we are happy to offer a gift certificate for your return visit.

Check in: from 4 p.m. but we are often ready earlier, please inquire.
Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Pets: Pets inside kenneled or on your lap only. Your pet is welcome to sleep un-caged in our utility room if quiet. No fenced yard.
Children under 6, free; 6-10, $10. 
Rates based on double occupancy. 
Additional guests, $20 per person. 

Two rules only: 
#1. Due to the historic nature of our Inn, smoking permitted outside only. Further charges incurred if evidence of smoking inside. 
#2. You must enjoy yourself! We'll work hard to insure your stay is wonderful but please let us know if there is anything at all we can do to make it more pleasant.
